A member asked:

Can being anemic effect your period?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not per se: Menstrual bleeding can cause anemia in a woman. Anemia pre se usually does not affect periods, but if the anemia is part of under-nutriton and low weight, it can cause lack of periods.
