Sounds like: Sounds like you are being evaluated for pulmonary hypertension which is where you have elevated blood pressure between your heart and lungs. This can be associated ANA autoimmune diseases. The six minute walk is to see if your oxygen levels drop with exertion on the lungs.

I had a stress test done a year ago, when I felt a little dizzy after feeling dizzy. It came back normal. I had some chest pains prompted my doctor to request a normal echocardiogram. Would those two test show anything different from each other?

Positive ANA (1:140) and ACA antibody. My only symptom is mild joint pain (knees, hips, ankles & heels). The radiographies of the joints are normal. Lung radiography & echocardiography normal. Blood test are normal except that I have Vit.D deficiency?
