I have been having headaches, start at neck and work up to frorehead, both sides. lately i see prisms/blurred vision before the headache, this aspect doesn't last long?

Aura: It sounds as if the aura that precedes these headaches may be due to migraine or some vascular type of headache. You should be seen by a doctor, possibly a neurologist, evaluated and if these are migraines, you can be successfully managed, good luck.
