Likely migraine: Your symptoms sound like classic migraine. I recommend an eye exam just to reassure that your eyes are otherwise healthy. Otherwise a neurologist would be particularly helpful for your management of both the headache and chronic neck pain. Good luck.

Migraine?: All signs of possible migraine headache. Would recommend seeing a headache specialist to see if they may help. Sometimes pain may emanate from the neck and if not better may consider a neck evaluation. Typically though neck pain will not affect the vision.
