Could be heart burn: 1. Take plain yogurt as often as you like. 2. No very hot liquids. 3. No red hot peppers and excessive spices. 4. If still no relief, take Pepcid 40 mg at night till pain is relieved. 5. If pain is excessive, take tylenol (acetaminophen) 500 mg every 6 hours if needed.
