Just want to know if a general practitioners can help with infection during pregnancy?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sure: GP's take care of common infections every day. That's one of the main reasons why people go to see their GP's. If the GP is taking care of the pregnancy, then minor gynecological infections such as vaginal infections can be taken care of by the GP. The GP can also refer to the Ob-Gyn doctor if an infection is pregnancy-related and the Ob-Gyn doctor is taking care of the pregnancy too.
