can upset stomachs and vomiting be caused by a sinus infection? i've had a sinus infection for about two weeks and i've been having a lot of nausea.

Sinusitis: Swallowing large amounts of post nasal discharge from sinus infection could conceivably result in this, but that is a far stretch and best advice would be to see a doctor and have this evaluated appropriately. Good luck.
