Tonsilitis and massive throat ulcers in too much pain to swallow even on anti biotics and pain killers what will help?

See MD: My biggest concern is that you will get dehydrated because it hurts to much to swallow. I suggest you go to your pcp or the er. You may need IV fluids and IV pain medication. I would have some concern about the presence of an abscess given the amount of pain you are in.
