Child has lower stomach pain. hurts to move and touch. urine dip said high white blood count and culture had no growth what could be wrong?

Sounds like: Eosinophilic inflammation of bowel. How many eosinophils in blood?. I recently found that this is due to faulty oxidation in brain (sounds strange?) because this kind of inflammation is guided by a reflex mechanism via the vagus nerve that runs from the brain to the bowel and known as the "inflammatory reflex" i advise seeking local help.
