Hematuria: Hematuria or blood in the urine, is never normal in a male. The most concerning possibility are a few cancers: bladder, kidney, and ureteral. Bladder/urine infections as well as kidney stones can cause hematuria. Much more rare are autoimmune and inherited conditions affecting the kidneys. There are also things that look blood in urine. Unexplained hematuria should be evaluated by a physician.
