Yes: But it can cause problems all over your body. Infections can set up in the gums, and increase inflammation all over, which increases the risk of heart disease and other conditions. Please see a dentist who specializes in this problem.

Yes: Broken teeth on any side most likely will leave the nerve exposed. When s nerve is recoosed not only is pain associated but the nerve will atrophy and eventually abscess causing infection. This infection can spread into the subclavian cavity, into the sinus, brain and spread through out the body.
