Periodontal Disease: You likely have periodontal infections. You need to be seen by a dentist or periodontist who will do an OralDNA bacterial analysis on a saliva sample. Also a complete and thorough dental exam with periapical x-rays and periodontal pocket measurements must be done for proper diagnosis and the proper treatment plan developed. Do not delay. This will not go away on it's own... but your teeth may!
