Organs in that: Area are colon, appendix, intestine, ovary, ureter. Any tumor or inflammatory condition could present as mass. Or it could be something more superficial, such as hernia or muscle spasm. There are literally 100's of causes, so you need to see a doctor to help yo figure this one out.
