i have diberticulosis. i keep getting uti with pis and fecal found in culture . i'm having lower back pain and lower pain on left side of stomach. should i seek er treatment. been constipated passing larger than golf ball sized hard stool.

Yes: if not ER, i would seek a gastroenterologist's opinion. they may obtain a CT abdomen and pelvis for you in the ER. hope you feel better
