Hi, i have polip in nasal, i did operation for that 2 yr before, but again it seems that there is a gradual growth in my nasal, how to control it

Depends: Polyps can recur especially if the underlying condition hasn't been addressed such as airway inflammation, infection, Aspirin sensitivity. Recurrence is reduced when there has been a complete removal with ethmoidectomy followed by long term topical nasal steroids. May also need singulair (montelukast) and allergy/asthma management. Also need to make sure it isn't a tumor such as inverted papilloma.
