Mgt: There are many causes of sinus infections, including viral causes. If you have high fever, cough productive of greenish sputum, then you may need an antibiotic. Continue to stay well hydrated, use nasal saline rinses and monitor your temperature. If this is a common virus, you should feel much better in the next one week.
