What can cause lower stomach pain in a 6y/o and it hurts more with movement and touching she has no fever should i be conserned and what do i do?

Yes, be concerned: Pain in the abdomen that hurts more with touching and movement can be a concerning sign. She could have a urinary tract infection, or a problem with her bowel. If the pain is significant, i would not wait until morning and take her in tonight to a local er for evaluation. I mild pain and no vomiting, could watch closely and bring her in first thing in the morning to doctor.
