How do i treat a gum infection for my 17 month old?

Pediatric dentist: A 17 month old should not be getting infections in their gums. It is possible that this is a canker sore(apthus ulcer) or that your child is teething. Rather then just treating this randomly you need to have them evaluated by a pediatric dentist so you know what is really going on.
