Just watch them: You can watch them for some time. Aas long as they do not grow in size they may be nothing to worry about. If they do not grow over the next 1-3 months you can ignore them. Most lymph node enlargments are from benign causes like infections and usualaly go away in 4-6 weeks. If they increase in size then you need to go see your doctor to fiind out why.
