32yr multiple palpable lymph nodes in my neck on both sides, all movable and painless. one posterior cervical node is matted on right with a swollen node(1-1.5cm) 2 above clavicle also right side. dr say its fine, should i get a second opinion?

Reasonable: It is reasonable to get a second opinion. If you get fever, lose weight, more lymph nodes get bigger, or one of the enlarged nodes more than doubles in size, if any of the nodes ulcerates or bleeds, see a doctor at your earliest.
