Buspar (buspirone): The juice can slightly affect Buspar (buspirone) metabolism but overall not dangerous.

Not likely: Grapefruit juices may affect the way the body breaks down the Buspar leading to more Buspar in your body. One need not be overly concerned if a small amount was consumed only once; however it is recommended to avoid grapefruit and its juice during your treatment with Buspar moving forward. Things to watch for today will be fatigue and dizziness.
