Buspar (buspirone): You might want to replace the grapefruit juice with others such as Cranberry juice. Grape juice is ok.

Milk or food.: The issue with using any acidic drink is that it enhances the amount of the active substance to enter the system. Best to stick to ph neutral items like water, milk or food when taking medications.
