Sinus headache : It sounds like you may have a sinus type headache . No wonder your CT of the head is negative . I believe a ct of the Osteomeatal unit - sinuses would be positive and could reveal some thickening in the sinuses or fluid levels . See an ENT . Most have this scanner in their offices . Take care .
