See your dentist: If swollen or painful, on emergency basis to rule out infection. Consultation to determine strategy needed for their removal will not be the time to address infection. The dentist can show you ways to clean the swollen tissues and provide rx for pain control.

Wisdom teeth: Try warm salt water, 1tsp salt to 8oz cup warm water, for one min. Several times a day, keep the area clean . And see a dentist for an xray, sometimes it can be an infection or another tooth and it feels like the wisdom tooth (called referred pain) don't wait.
