I have flat feet and am assigned have inserts that go into my shoes. if i wore them 10 hrs a day how long until my feet will start to change?

Flat feet: Orthotics will not " change " your foot structure long term, they only change the structure while wearing them. If started at a young age it's a different story.

They won't: Inserts will correct the position of your feet while you are walking but cannot permanently correct flat feet.

Never: Inserts don't change you're feet, they only provide stability and restrict excessive motion.
