If your coronary artery origin/anatomy is seen on echocardiogram does this most likely rule out congenital coronary anomalies?

No: Coronary arteries are not typically seen on an echocardiogram. When they are, only the very beginning of the artery where it arises from the aorta may be seen. An echocardiogram is not a good test for looking at coronary arteries.
