Laser tooth cleaning: Not every dentist has a laser. There are different types of lasers. Some are good for what your asking & others not. Some periodontists have it & some do traditional surgery. Call your dentist for a referral to a periodontist that does laser surgery.

Lasers: A number of different types of lasers are available for dental procedures. Diode lasers are the most common and are used for soft tissue surgery and bacterial reduction of periodontal pockets. Patients needs vary and the selection of the proper protocol for treatment is paramount. Best to select a doctor that fits the treatment to the patient instead of fitting all patients into the same treatment.
