See below: Skin lesions are better diagnosed by seeing them - clearly something is not normal - I recommend that you see a dermatologist as soon as possible - until the appointment I would avoid putting anything on my face - it may make it worse - wash with mild soap and water- see either your primary doctor /and or a derm doctor -good luck
