Multiple causes: Overactivity of parathyroid gland, chronic kidney disease, some medicines and some tumors can cause high calcium and magnesium levels. Some blood disorders are also associated with hypermagnesemia.

Calcium in blood tests comes back as 10.2 and Magnesium as 2.4 (a bit elevated). Do any of the ## indicate a problem? Should I stay away from foods and supplements rich in calcium and magnesium or eating/taking them doesnt affect their level inblood?
I had a blood test last month & it showed that the normal range for calcium is 8.9-10.3. My level was at 8.9 is that considered deficient since its just barely on the right level? Would this level be the cause for some extreme tiredness some days?
