Is that true that skinny people with low cholesterol can still get a heart attack with the internal wall of artery peeling and make a blockage?

Dissecting artery.: Yes, although keeping trim and lowering cholesterol greatly reduces your risk for coronary artery disease, other things such as family history are beyond our control. What your question asks about sounds like a dissection of the coronary artery, which can happen to anyone and is quite serious. Still control those things you can: don't smoke, exercise, and eat right.

Yes: Unusual, but we all get some plaque. If it happens to disrupt or flap and obstruct that can cause a heart attack.
