Tongue crud : Gargle with chlorohexidine which needs to be prescribed . Try a water pik.

Tongue bacteria: I would try good old listerine with alcohol. Studies show it helps 25% more than doing nothing, chlorohexadine gludinate(by prescription) may stain your teeth, but it will help 52% more than doing nothing. See if that helps.

Oral rinse: You may use a Chlorhexidine rinse which requires a rx from your dentist. You should check with him in any event as there may be other considerations such as candida.
