The : The mask can be adjusted or changed. Ask your doctor if you need an oral appliance which may help you. If those don't work, see your doctor and let them know, because there are surgical alternatives that can be considered for sleep apnea.

Oral Appliance: Consult with a dentist who deals with sleep apnea before any surgery, try and oral sleep appliance. They usually will help to keep your airway open at night. While you are warring the appliance try to lose weight. I would consider weight loss surgery before oral surgery.

Options: Discuss with your MD. There may be masks you haven't tried. Try weight loss (I know, not easy). Consider oral appliances made by a sleep dentist. Surgery may help if you cannot tolerate other modalities.
