For a few days now, Ive been having very bad lower abdomen and pelvic cramps that happens before and after I pee, sometimes when I eat, and before I have a bowel movement. I am also 3 days late for my period. What could this be?
Had a CT scan, my pelvic organs and abdomen organs are normal. However, I am still feeling like pooping all the time and after a bowel movement, when I wipe it is a yellow brown color and warm. I also have slight right cramps. Is it my ovaries? IBS?
