For the past 2 days when I have a bowel movement it burns then an hour or so later i get really bad cramps in my lower abdomen and lower back, ?
For the last three nights I've been waking up between 4 and 5 AM with severe cramps in my lower abdomen/intestinal area. I have some gas but passing it does not relieve the pain, nor does having a bowel movement. OTC meds no help.
