For a few days now, ive been having very bad lower abdomen and pelvic cramps that happens before and after i pee, sometimes when i eat, and before i have a bowel movement. i am also 3 days late for my period. what could this be?

Gynecologist: Since bowel symptoms predominate, I recommend consulting a gynecologist for evaluation and abdominal,pelvic,rectal examination as endometriosis,which can start at any age, could be the problem. If not then referral to a gastroenterologist is recommended. If you've had unprotected sex, pregnancy is a possibility and this will also be addressed.
