Not specific: These symptoms are not specific and could be due to many causes such as tension headache, migraine, meningitis among other things. Depending on the duration of these problems and a full history and physical, a ct of the head and perhaps a spinal tap may be indicated. Consult with your primary care doctor.

Unlikely: Brain tumors and aneurysms are generally very rare, you should see a medical professional to evaluate your symptoms.
