Drugs: Both statins and diclofenac can cause liver issues. You need to talk to your physician about stopping one or the other medication.

See below: Both statins and diclofenac can cause elevated liver enzymes. If diclofenac was the last drug to be added that is the mostly cause. Discuss with your doctor.
