I find myself taking naps during the afternoon...i used to never feel so tired. could i be lacking something?

Effective sleep : Afternoon naps are one response the body has for ineffective night sleep. Failure to get your required down time or to enter deep sleep effectively can result in fatigue, sleep walking & decreased attention. A poor nasal airway from allergies can require you to frequently change night positions to allow mouth breathing, which decreases deep sleep. A sleep study may be helpful.
