Chronic illness: The swollen lump is likely an enlarged lymph node. In most cases, lymph nodes enlarge due to infection. In some cases, it can be as serious as cancer. You need to see your doctor. The fact that you take both Ibuprofen and Naproxen is concerning as they both can potentially cause internal bleeding leading anemia with pale skin, tiredness, and weakness as you describe.
