My 16 month daugther pediatritian ask me to give her soy milk or lactaid, can i give her enfamil prosobee or have to be another kind of soy milk?

If you want, however: If she has progressed to the average toddler intake of solids, she does not need the extra additives that go into formula and make it more expensive. A simple lactose free product like lactaid or soy milk would cost less and achieve what the doc wants. You can always do this if you want.
