Good question: Fish is great but be careful of the mercury content and other toxins. Looks for wild caught alaskan salmon as a great source of omega-3. Avoid tuna, mackeral, swordfish and tilefish. This website might be helpful http://seafood.Edf.Org/. Shrimp is generally low in mercury but should be avoided in children until age 3 if there is a family history of allergy. Include lots of green vegetables!
