Likely no problem: As best as I can tell there is no strict reason to avoid raw fish eggs during pregnancy. Here is a discussion I found of several women who ate fish eggs when pregnant and had no problems. See http://community.babycenter.com/post/a33101464/anyone_know_if_its_okay_to_eat_fish_eggs_while_pregnant So it seems highly unlikely this will cause any problems for your baby.
