How is it cooked?: Both are healthy and as seafood items, naturally have cholesterol especially in shrimp. Fish will have some more fats but often are good fats and essential oils for your health. Most of all, it depends on how they are cooked. Certainly if its fried , it is not as healthy as opposed to steamed
