It varies: With some of the new uv light sterilizers you may get extra life out of your toothbrush. My rule of thumb is, if you see the bristles bending outwards, replace it. You may be biting your toothbrush when you brush and may have to replace it more often. Have you considered an electric toothbrush? They are far more effective than a manual.
