I woke up at 6 this morning and found that my diabetes rate 121, how can i decrease it?

Blood sugar?: Not knowing whether you are managed by diet alone, oral medication and/or insulin, and not knowing about your overall control and home blood sugar trends, what you did the night before, if you might be acutely ill, etc. It's really difficult to make a comment about a single fasting blood sugar. Reviewing trends with your diabetes team or physician, would be most helpful to you.
