Fasting sugars high: sounds like your fasting sugars are slightly high (If you fasted for 12 hours overnight a normal sugar should be less than 100). I would of course try to lose weight if you are heavy, avoid soda and other high sugar items and do regular aerobic exercise at least 30 min 3 or more times per week. These things should help reduce your sugar readings. Good luck.

Not bad.: Those numbers look prediabetic at the most. Take preventive measures through proper diet and exercise to minimize the progression to diabetes in yourself.
