My son is 3ms old and he has cough with phlegm. what can i do? dr only said to use saline drops and bulb syringe. i don't know how that helps.

Helps stuffy nose: Give the doctor's recommendations a try. It is often preferable in young infants to use saline drops and sprays to help remove mucous and relieve congestion from tiny noses. If the symptoms continue give the doctor a call.
