Does a syringe bulb/snot sucker work. 6mo is congested and after using saline the sucker doesn't get much out. i see more coming out sneezing /diaper?

Bulb syringe: The older the baby gets, the harder the bulb syringe is to use. As long as you are using the saline drops and the mucous is thinning and coming out with sneeze or in stool, it is ok. :)

Saline/Humidifier: Babies tend to swallow their nasal drainage and post nasal drip can cause a cough. Babies at this age breathe through their noses, so it is important to try to thin the secretions. A humidifier and gentle wiping or suction bulb use with saline drops can help.
