Sleep paralysis: Sleep paralysis can be related to poor sleep quality but also with narcolepsy. If you experience weakness of the face/body with changes in emotion, sleep attacks, and/or hallucinations while falling asleep or waking up, you should be evaluated for narcolepsy. If not, you should focus on getting a quality amount of sleep every night. In either case, seeing a sleep specialist should help.
