Chest wall pain: This is typical chest wall pain and can be due to inflammation where sternum and ribs meet.Also cled costochondtitis. It can also be due to some trauma like your chest hitting edge of bed or door or while playing around.You can try Motrin or aleve (naproxen) if you are not allergic to it. But if it persists you should have it checked by your doctor.
